How I generate €10,000/month thanks to Symfony AI

What if your Symfony app could read your emails, qualify leads, generate quotes, and reply with your personal tone — all without you touching a keyboard?

I built exactly that.

And yes, I now generate over €10,000/month with automated workflows powered entirely by Symfony AI and Uniflow — my own open automation stack.

🧠 From Framework to Workforce: Enter Symfony AI

At first, I used Symfony like everyone else: solid backend, admin dashboards, and APIs.

Then I discovered Symfony AI a set of components and bundles that turned Symfony into something bigger:

  • Platform: unified access to OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure, Google, etc.
  • Agent: a framework for creating task-oriented AI agents
  • Store: vector storage with indexing and retrieval
  • MCP SDK: the real gem — it lets agents talk to tools via a clean, typed protocol
  • AI Bundle & MCP Bundle: integration with Symfony for seamless tooling

With this, I built an agent I now call Bernard.

⚙️ What Bernard Does (While I Sleep)

Whenever a lead emails me:

  • Bernard reads the email
  • Analyzes the request via GPT (through symfony/ai-platform)
  • Checks my availability
  • Generates a quote PDF
  • Sends a fully personalized reply

All of this runs in a Symfony command or can be triggered via Flow UI.

Result: I’ve closed 12 contracts last month — and barely opened my inbox.

  • Uniflow (flow orchestration, publishing, and templates)
  • Google Calendar + IMAP for external data sync
  • Mailer (to send replies with real human tone — still GPT-written)
